Dealing with Peer Pressure and Bullying
We're going to admit it - teenagers can be cruel. Especially to each other. Today's teens are facing more peer pressure than ever, with social media and and 'instagram' culture that focuses on unattainable body image. Our teen resources will help teenagers embrace their own natural beauty, increase confidence and boost self esteem. We'll also touch upon bullying, bringing ways to deal with the devastating emotional lifelong impact bullying has on our mental health.

We know that those teenage years can be a turbulent time, not only with body changes, but with exams and having to think about your future as a an adult.
