What is the Be Happy Hub?

The Be Happy Hub is a subscription based online resource centre. We create fun, educational, science-based wellbeing resources for children age 0-11. 

How do I sign up?

To join hundreds of happy parents, teachers and professionals follow the steps below:

1. Pick your preferred plan.
2. Create an account.
3. Verify your email address.
4. Check out.
5. Log in to the Be Happy Hub!


When do you take payment?

If you have chosen our monthly plan, you will be charged £1.99 on the date you check out and then the following same date each month until you cancel. If you have chosen an annual plan, one charge of £19.99/£89.99/£169.99 (depending on your number of users) will occur and you will gain access to the Hub for 12 months from that date.

What if I haven't received my verification email?

If you haven't received your verification email, log into your account and select 'My Account,' and click 'Confirm my email' underneath your log in information.

Am I tied into a contract?

No, our subscriptions are no contract, cancel at any time memberships. We understand circumstances change and always aim to be flexible to meet your financial requirements.

How do I access the Be Happy Hub?

You can access the Hub from any page by clicking in the top bar where it says Enter the Hub.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, head over to our log in page. Click 'Forgot Password,' and follow the steps.

I can't log in, what do I do?

One of the most common reasons people can't log in is if they are using the wrong email address. The Be Happy Hub is tied to your member email, so if you are trying with a different email you will not be able to access the Hub. We would always recommend you double check your account details - is your email/password correct? If they are and you still can't log in, please contact us at hello@behappyresources.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change the email address on my account?

Yes, if you wish to change your account email please email us at hello@behappyresources.co.uk and we can do this for you.

Will you be launching other age ranges?

Yes, our aim is to one day cater from pregnancy to adulthood and we have new sections launching all the time. We hope to launch our teen section in June 2023. If you wish to be alerted to new age ranges, please sign up to our mailing list.

I haven't received my octopus/welcome box, where is it?

We get a lot of sign up forms with missing information, something as simple as a missing house number or postcode will mean we are not able to send your octopus. If it has been three weeks since you signed up and you have not received your octopus, chances are we may need some additional information from you! Please contact us at hello@behappyresources.com with your email address, date you signed up and delivery address details. Read more about our octopus Ts and Cs here.

Can I request my own resources?

Yes, every member can request their own resources and if we feel it will benefit other members we will create these and add them to the Hub at no extra cost!

How often do you upload new resources?

We try our best to upload new resources weekly. We add an average of 50-60 new resources each month, but this can depend on the length of the activity, for example, one week we may add one 30 page toolkit, the next week we may add 10 new one page resources - but rest assured, we constantly upload new and creative resources for you!

Do I need a printer to use your resources?

Having a printer is a benefit but not a necessity. You can use our resources for inspiration at home (but please do not copy and distribute) or you can print our resources using a local or online print shop. We also have a Print & Post option starting from £3 to send resources to your door.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by following the steps below (please make sure you are using a desktop as this option may not appear on mobile):

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the account icon at the top of the page and go to 'My Subscriptions.'
3. Click where it says 'Active' next to your Be Happy Hub Membership Plan.
4. Click cancel.

If you can not find how to do this, you can send us a message at hello@behappyresources.co.uk and we can cancel this for you. We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 24 hours.
